Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) for overnight shifts at our St. Louis area locations. You will transport customers between the parking facility and the airport with safety and courtesy, perform pre-trip and post-trip checks, assist with luggage, and deliver reliable guest service.

We offer $15 per hour plus tips, with bonuses and benefits for eligible employees including medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) plan, along with paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Maintains a satisfactory driving record per Employee Handbook.
• Holds applicable licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willing to pass a physical per airport, DOT and/state regulations.
• Reads and speaks English sufficiently for public interaction and DOT reporting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport and TPS parking locations.
• Perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with all applicable regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
