Description

Position: Shuttle Driver (CDL w/ Passenger Endorsement)
Shift: Overnight Shift Only
Hourly Pay: $21-24

The Shuttle Driver ensures the safe transportation of guests using a 60-foot articulated Commercial Vehicle, while delivering service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations. Responsibilities include responding quickly to customer requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at the assigned location. The Shuttle Driver works closely with team members, Operations Manager, and Shift Supervisor to ensure safety and quality standards are met, while adhering to state and local laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests; assist with luggage loading/unloading
• Perform DOT daily inspections; report safety issues
• Transport passengers along scheduled routes
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the Shuttle
• Report accidents or safety concerns immediately
• Provide excellent customer service and directions
• Approach and assist potential passengers
• Record passenger numbers and complete reports
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members
• Lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills, Knowledge, and Requirements

• Availability: evenings, overnight, weekends
• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles and coordinate movements
• Frequent vehicle entry/exit and sitting for extended periods
