Job summary

Flynn Group, a premier operator of Taco Bell franchises, is seeking an Overnight Shift Lead to support the Assistant and General Manager, running shifts independently and guiding the team with the Live Más spirit.

You will take ownership of the shift, solve problems proactively, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional customer service while ending shifts on the late-night hours (typically 3:00 am–5:00 am). Competitive pay and deployment opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Availability to work the closing shift (typically ending between 3:00 am - 5:00 am).
• Experience in fast-paced service environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
