Flynn Group is seeking an Overnight Shift Lead to support the Assistant and General Manager at a Taco Bell location. You will run shifts independently and embody the Live Más spirit, taking ownership of the shift and guiding your team to success.

The role requires flexibility to work the closing shift (typically ending between 3:00 am and 5:00 am) and a proactive approach to solving problems while delivering excellent customer service and smooth operations.
