Flynn Group's Taco Bell brand seeks an Overnight Shift Lead to support the General Manager by running shifts independently and embodying the Live Más spirit. You take ownership of the shift, solving problems proactively while guiding your team to success.

You will mentor team members, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold brand standards during late-night hours, with shifts typically ending between 3:00 am and 5:00 am.
