• Supervise shelter guests and respond to emergencies.
• Enforce shelter policies with guests at all times.

• Report repairs and maintenance needs to Operations Manager.
• Create daily shelter operation reports.
• Coordinate check-ins and check-outs of guests.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
