Job summary

TRIDENT Security Solutions is seeking a Security Officer to provide professional security services at assigned Cupertino locations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities include patrolling, observing and reporting, handling incidents, assisting in emergencies, and completing detailed written reports. Requirements: High school diploma, valid BSIS Guard Card, must be 21+, overnight shift, Friday–Tuesday 9 PM–6 AM; pay $25–$26/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain BSIS Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of Security Specialists to ensure customer and employee safety in retail environments.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to maintain visibility and deter incidents.
• Observe, report, and respond to unusual or unsafe conditions.
• Investigate and document security-related incidents, accidents, and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to requests for assistance from supervisors or clients.
• Support client personnel during evacuations, hazardous situations, or emergencies.
