Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a utility client in Downtown Manhattan. The role will supervise security officers on a shift, coordinate with site leadership and account management, and ensure delivery of quality security services. Requirements include 18+, a high school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience, strong communication, and crisis-management ability. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable security experience.
• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports/logs.
• Must read and understand operating procedures/instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
