Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee overnight operations for a designated client site in Los Angeles. You will supervise security staff, coordinate services, and act as a liaison with the Account Manager and Field Operations Manager to ensure high-quality security coverage.

The role requires prior supervisor experience, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisor experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions.
• Background check and pre-employment drug test required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff on the assigned shift.
• Coordinate delivery of quality services at the client site.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
• Maintain safety and compliance with procedures.
