Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions is seeking an attentive Security Officer for an overnight shift to safeguard staff and visitors at our client facilities. You will greet guests, monitor access, and enforce safety procedures while maintaining calm, professional interactions throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include patrolling premises, directing traffic, handling emergencies, and supporting front-desk operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of security operations and license preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.
• Comfortable using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Help secure a safe environment for employees and visitors.
• Have excellent integrity and demonstrate good moral character and initiative.
• Exhibits interpersonal skills to relate well with customers, staff and visitors.
• Greet customers/guests and provide basic onsite customer service.
• Secure in-office premises by patrolling office space and inspecting rooms/equipment.
• Direct foot traffic and handle emergencies with urgency.
• Respond to manager and/or employee requests to intervene with difficult personnel/customers.
• Perform COVID-19 Health & Safety screening and protocols for all persons entering the facility.
