AC Hotel San Jose Downtown is seeking an Overnight Security Associate (Hourly) to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. The role requires English fluency, strong verbal and people skills, and the ability to respond quickly in emergencies.

Two years of related experience and CPR certification are preferred. The position offers on-site parking, PTO/holiday pay, and discounted lodging as part of benefits.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training.
• Excellent verbal and people skills; fluent English required.
• CPR certification required; security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the building is safe and secure at all times and coordinate with police/alarm monitoring services.
• Follow proper safety and security measures consistently.
• Maintain up-to-date information on city/county events and happenings.
• Answer phones within three rings in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Keep a clean, neat, and orderly desk at all times.
• Respond to guest requests in an expeditious manner.
