The position requires a valid guard card, clean driving record, and 1 year of security experience. Training is provided, and a flexible schedule with advancement opportunities is available.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Complete training modules within first month.
• Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and deliver mobile security services using the company patrol vehicle.
• Write detailed and accurate reports during each shift.
• Arrive on time, clock in/out, and follow dress code and standards.
• Interact with clients and on-site personnel to provide peace of mind.
• Report client or property concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain vehicle interior and equipment in good condition.
• Meet daily benchmarks and communicate updates to supervisors.
• De-escalate issues professionally and promptly.
