Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Driver for overnight shifts in Horicon, WI. This part-time role involves unarmed patrols at a manufacturing and industrial site, monitoring access, and providing excellent customer service while representing Allied Universal’s values.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, observing visitor and contractor activity, and reporting unauthorized or unusual activity.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.
