Job summary

A property management company in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Overnight Operations/ Security Agent to ensure top-tier service for residents and guests. The role includes managing security systems, responding to emergencies, and assisting in property operations. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and strong communication skills. This position offers a pay rate of $20/hr working Sunday to Thursday from 11pm to 7am.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or equivalency.
• FA CPR AED Certification desirable.
• Two (2) or three (3) years of experience in a similar position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the highest level of service is offered to residents, guests, and service providers.
• Greets, registers guests and residents, and assists in operations of the property.
• Accurately maintains daily logs, records, and forms.
• Responds to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Monitors Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems.
