Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• College degree or 2+ years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in scheduling, payroll, and training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, including supervision of subordinate officers and supervisory staff.
• Meet with line management and/or client representatives for status updates and to address any issues.
• Ensure service expectations are met through regular client contact.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Maintain payroll records and other employee information; review client and company reports for accuracy.
