Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Shift Supervisor in Gresham, OR. The role is full-time with a Sunday–Tuesday 6pm–6am schedule and a Wednesday 6pm–12am shift.

The wage is $23.00 per hour. You will supervise security officers on site, enforce post orders, and maintain detailed incident reports while ensuring safety and client property protection. Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of supervisory/lead experience.
• Strong communication and reporting skills required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Advanced computer/technology skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Perform Security Officer duties within scope of assignment.
• Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage.
• Inspect posts and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergencies.
• Observe and report activities to protect client property.
• Train new officers and provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Maintain detailed reports and incident logs.
