Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of offices, common areas, parking, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications accurately.
