Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a front desk by following site procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify identification and access, maintain visitor records, and direct guests as needed.
• Monitor access points and security systems; report unusual activity or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and follow established procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs and shift handoff information while supporting the client location.
