Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security‑related experience.
• Age requirements: at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue temporary access materials, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to access control alarms and incidents calmly and following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production perimeters, and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Assist with facility entry requirements and PPE procedures.
