• Minimum 1 year of professional security experience (commercial or high-rise preferred).
• Must live within 20 miles of 77079 (Houston area).
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Monitor and control lobby access and visitor check-in procedures.
• Verify identification and issue visitor badges.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems.
• Maintain a visible security presence in the lobby area.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and service requests.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports using reporting software.
• Communicate effectively with property management and building tenants.
• Stand for extended periods as part of the shift.
