Hyatt Regency New Orleans is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. This overnight role plays a vital part in protecting people and property at a premier hotel in downtown New Orleans, steps from the Superdome.

You’ll patrol, respond to incidents, document activity, assist guests, monitor surveillance, and collaborate with leadership and authorities to ensure security and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in security field preferred.
• Ability to stay calm in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication skills.
• Must be able to walk, stand and patrol for extended periods.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
