Qualifications

• Ability to walk, stand, and patrol for extended periods.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel property to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, and assets.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
• Document and report all security-related activity accurately and thoroughly.
• Assist guests and team members with directions, escorts, and general safety needs.
• Monitor surveillance systems and access points to maintain secure operations.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and local authorities when necessary.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures with professionalism and fairness.
