Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Security, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing professional, friendly, and engaging service
• Ensuring safety and security of guests, colleagues, and premises
• Responding to emergencies, including fire, medical, and safety concerns
• Investigating violations of law or hotel policy
• Providing First Aid and CPR as needed
• Reporting hazards and incidents
• Conducting patrols, key control, and maintaining records
• Assisting guests with hotel facilities
• Following policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Candidates should have previous security experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and the ability to work under pressure. A Texas Level II Security Officer certification or ability to obtain it within 3 months is required.

Physical Demands

The role involves standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working rotating shifts, including call-backs.
