What will I be doing?

As a Security Officer, you will ensure the safety of guests and staff, and the security of the hotel and property. Your responsibilities include:

• Patrolling the interior and perimeter of the hotel and property to identify potential safety and security risks
• Responding to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and threats to life or property
• Conducting preliminary investigations into incidents as needed
• Writing accurate reports and documentation
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
