Job summary

Columbia Hospitality in Tukwila, WA is hiring for a role with a daily-pay option and a clear hourly wage range of $22.00–$24.00 DOE. Expect an 8.5–10 hour shift, 4 days per week, with a strong emphasis on guest service, safety, and efficiency across hotel properties.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience and/or training.
• Valid drivers license with clear record.
• Possess excellent verbal and people skills.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English required to analyze and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the building is a safe and secure environment at all times.
• Coordinate airport shuttle transportation.
• Maintain up-to-date information of events in the city and county.
• Answer the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly desk.
• Respond to guest requests expeditiously.

Your Impact

• Responsible for ensuring the building is a safe and secure environment at all times. Maintains a close working relationship with the police and alarm monitoring services
• Responsible for airport shuttle transportation
• Ensures proper building safety and security measures are always followed
• Maintains up to date information of events, both current and future, occurring in the city and county
• Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within three rings
• Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly desk at all times
• Responds to all guest’s requests in an expeditious manner

What You Bring

• Two years related experience and/or training
• Valid drivers license with clear record
• Possess excellent verbal and people skills
• The ability to read, write and speak English fluently is required to analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
