Pay rate: $18.50/hr. This role emphasizes vigilance, incident reporting, and collaboration with local teams to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must maintain composure and de-escalation skills under pressure.
• Clear communicator able to work with security teams and clients.

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras and patrol assigned premises.
• Enforce access control policies and visitor passes.
• Respond to alarms and incidents and report to authorities as needed.
• Document incidents with clear, detailed reports.
• Patrol entrances, parking lots, and perimeters.
• Greet visitors and assist employees with directions.
• Inspect for safety hazards and fire risks.
• Handle minor disputes and maintain calm.
• Collaborate with other security staff and responders to coordinate security efforts.
