Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and following site protocols.
• Monitor access points and maintain appropriate access control for restricted areas.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership.
