Job summary

Waterstone at Wellesley, part of EPOCH Senior Living, is seeking an Overnight Security team member for 8pm–8am shifts Tue–Thu (approx. 24–36 hours per week). This role provides security coverage in the Independent Living community, answers phones, greets visitors, and helps maintain a safe environment for residents.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $19.00–$21.00, with full benefits for eligible staff and a supportive, caring culture focused on seniors. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• This position is responsible for providing security coverage in the Independent Living Community.
• Responsible for answering phones and greeting visitors.
• Must have previous experience working in security preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• English is required.
