Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking sanitation personnel for the Specialty Foods Plant in Marshall, MN, working 7:00 PM–4:30 AM. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, totaling $20.00 per hour for overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year in sanitation or food manufacturing preferred.
• Able to follow OSHA, GMPs, and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate steam and high-pressure hoses to clean and sanitize equipment following procedures.
• Operate COP tank cleaning equipment to clean disassembled equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment as directed.
• Follow sanitation schedules and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line.
• Use chemicals at stated concentrations and document usage.
