Morningstar Living is hiring an RN Supervisor for the Moravian Hall Square location in Nazareth, PA. The overnight shift runs Monday–Friday, 10:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m., with a competitive pay range of $41–$43 per hour.

The role leads nursing staff in a person-centered community, collaborating with the RN Clinical Coordinator to ensure high-quality care and adherence to care standards while promoting a culture of safety and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Pennsylvania RN license.
• Minimum two years nursing supervision; five years preferred.
• Gerontology nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care during overnight hours.
• Monitor clinical practices and staff development with the RN Clinical Coordinator.
• Review plans of care and ensure physician orders are carried out.
• Assign responsibilities to LPNs and aides based on staff and resident needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; uphold safety standards.
