Job summary

Meadow View Nursing Center is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our overnight team from 7pm to 7:30 am. The ideal candidate will hold an active PA RN license, have leadership experience in a long-term care setting, and be able to coordinate comprehensive resident care with physicians and family members.

Qualifications

• Must hold a PA RN license and be in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper medical management of each resident.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, hospitals, family members and other medical personnel to ensure the plan of care is followed.
• Conduct daily resident visits to monitor status and direct nursing activities.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure medications and treatments are administered as ordered.
• Demonstrate independent thinking and teamwork to support resident care.
