Job summary

Fulton Center for Rehabilitation is hiring an RN Nurse Supervisor to lead care delivery across nursing units and support a safe, resident-focused environment.

The RN Supervisor will guide LPNs/CNAs, manage documentation for quality standards, and help develop educational plans for nursing staff during the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM shift.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia is required.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and build team engagement.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong sense of accountability and resident-centered care.

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to lead and support care delivery across our nursing units. This role plays a vital part in ensuring quality outcomes, fostering teamwork, and helping residents feel safe, cared for, and respected.

Shift:

• RN Supervisor | 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Monday to Friday (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:
