Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide overnight care for a client in Barrington, NH. This one-on-one home setting offers a calm, peaceful night where your presence supports safety and comfort.

You will monitor conditions, administer medications per the care plan, and document updates for the care team. Must hold NH RN license, CPR, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience; home care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NH required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required (renewal available through Interim HealthCare).

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight skilled nursing care in the home setting.
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and stability throughout the night.
• Document care provided and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support the patient with compassion, patience, and attentiveness.
