Job summary

AristaCare at Norwood Terrace in Plainfield, NJ, is seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for the overnight shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). The nurse will lead the overnight nursing team, ensure quality resident care, and serve as the on-site clinical leader. Prior SNF/LTC supervisory experience is required.

The ideal candidate holds an active New Jersey RN license and brings hands-on administration with an open-door policy in a warm, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey.
• Prior nursing supervisor experience.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee resident care during the overnight shift.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader and resource for the nursing team.
• Respond to and manage clinical situations, incidents, and emergencies.
• Communicate with on-call providers and families as needed.
• Ensure documentation and care standards are maintained throughout the shift.
