Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey (NJ) is required.
• Prior nursing supervisor experience is required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care (LTC) setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and oversee resident care during the overnight shift.
• Serve as the on-site clinical leader and resource for the nursing team.
• Respond to and manage clinical situations, incidents, and emergencies.
• Communicate with on-call providers and families as needed.
• Ensure documentation and care standards are maintained throughout the shift.
