Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.

• CPR/First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission process and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Monitors vital signs and documents findings in nursing notes.
• Oversees medical and psychiatric management of patients per providers and treatment plan.
• Administers medications and educates patients on self-administration after discharge.
• Coordinates labs and communicates results to the medical team.
