Monte Nido Rain Rock in Springfield, Oregon is seeking a per diem Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our residential treatment team. You will perform admissions, initial assessments, vital signs, and patient education while coordinating with physicians and therapists to support individualized care plans.

The role requires an RN/LPN license in Oregon, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Valid Nursing licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• A minimum of one year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Performs vital sign monitoring and documents findings.
• Monitors patient progress and supports discharge planning.
• Coordinates with medical/psychiatric teams for integrated care.
