Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood in Wickenburg, Arizona, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the overnight shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) to support our eating disorder treatment program.

The RN will conduct nursing assessments, monitor patients, coordinate with medical and psychiatric teams, and assist with discharge planning in a residential setting.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with active licensure; CPR/First Aid; and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience, preferred.
• Valid Nursing licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Multistate Nursing license preferred.
• Good communication and guest relations skills.
• Service-oriented, takes initiative.
• Punctuality and dependability.
• Strong safety awareness.
• Organized use of time; teamwork and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admissions and completes the initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Performs vital signs monitoring and documents findings.
• Monitors patient progress and documents changes.
• Assists providers in weekly patient consultations.
• Educates patients on safe self-administration of medications after discharge.
• Coordinates medication placement and MAR updates.
• Facilitates access to medications and initial orders.
• Coordinates collection of lab specimens and communicates results to the medical team.
