Liberty Healthcare Companies seeks an overnight RN/LPN to provide compassionate nursing care in a residential setting in Westfield, MA. The role involves administering medications, assisting physicians, and supporting patients and families with health information.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN license required.
• 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and their families.
• Participates with team in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition.
• Records patient observations in charts and maintains accuracy.
