Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited registered nurse program.
• Current RN license with no restrictions to practice.
• CPR certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Strong communication with interdisciplinary team and people supported.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to individuals in supported settings.
• Observe, assess, and evaluate health needs; coordinate preventive care.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and med techs as needed.
• Educate and train new employees; participate in on-site clinics.
• Conduct medication administration training where state law allows.
• Perform routine nursing assessments and report abnormalities.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours needs.
