Job summary

Discovery Institute is a 120-bed inpatient substance abuse treatment facility in New Jersey, offering comprehensive medical care to detox patients. We are seeking an Overnight RN to join our healthcare team and deliver nursing care during the night shift within this specialized setting.

The RN will monitor patient health, administer medications per treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate patients and families on recovery, and maintain accurate records while upholding

Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field.
• Experience as an RN, preferably in behavioral health or substance abuse treatment.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; compassionate and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and record signs during the night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and adjust patient care strategies.

We are seeking an Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team at a drug and alcohol treatment facility. The RN will be responsible for providing patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and delivering nursing care during the night shift in this specialized setting.

Discovery Institute is a 120-bed inpatient substance abuse treatment facility providing exceptional services for individuals with substance use disorders. We provide medical care to 38 detox patients. Individuals applying have a passion for helping those heal from addictive disorders, and find it rewarding in knowing clients, families, and communities benefit from the treatment we provide.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field
• Proven experience as an RN, preferably in a behavioral health or substance abuse treatment facility
