Job summary

Crosby’s Stores in Bradford, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, keep a clean and welcoming store, and support sales and profitability goals throughout your shift.

In this role you’ll handle transactions, stock shelves, prepare items, promote My Crosby’s Rewards, and work with teammates to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations every day. Overnight shifts include a $1.50 differential between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in basic math to handle cash transactions and reports.
• Ability to clearly assess and validate customer identification.
• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare fresh food and made-to-order items per recipes and standards.
• Promote My Crosby’s Rewards and assist with enrollment and offers.
• Handle transactions and balance register activity at shift end.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure proper pricing and restocking.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
