Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18 years or older required.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math for cash handling and reports.
• Ability to follow safety and cash-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service and sales support.
• Prepare items and maintain store cleanliness according to standards.
• Process transactions and refunds accurately; balance at shift end.
• Monitor store security and protect company assets.
• Keep shelves stocked and pricing up to date; assist with merchandise.
• Report issues and maintain professional conduct with customers.
