Jacksons Food Stores in Caldwell, ID is looking for an Overnight Cashier who will handle fast, accurate checkout transactions, greet customers, and keep the store clean and organized during late hours.

The position offers $15.50 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential, a strong team environment, and opportunities for advancement, benefits, and 401(k) matching as part of our 24/7 operation.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability for a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and a friendly, can-do attitude.

• Team player willing to help where needed.
• Prior retail or foodservice cashiering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service.
• Apply discounts and promotions as applicable while following all company policies and laws related to restricted sales (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
• Maintain a clean and organized store, inside and out.
• Stock and rotate shelves, coolers, and displays properly.
• Assist with additional store duties as needed.
