Qualifications

• Understanding and commitment to the philosophy and mission of Community Access.
• Lived experience with the mental health system and willingness to share appropriately.
• Ability to work with individuals in psychiatric crisis with respect and sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group-based supports to guests.
• Plan and prepare meals for residents.
• Process referrals, intakes, and discharges.
• Maintain documentation within 48 hours of contact.
