Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a mental health facility or residential setting.
• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures on site and during on-call coverage.
• Supervise Residential Counselors through training and supervision.
• Support safety and well-being of students and staff.
• Uphold policies and procedures of Pelham Academy’s Residential Department.
