STAR, Inc. in Norwalk, CT is seeking an Overnight Residential Instructor to support adults with developmental disabilities during the night. You will monitor residents, address issues per their plans, and manage night-time tasks to keep the home safe and comfortable.

Shifts typically run 11pm–9am, 3–4 days per week with every other weekend. The role offers a pay of $18.50 per hour and opportunities to help residents start their day with morning routines and transportation as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid drivers license with 1 year of driving experience.
• Compassion and ability to see potential in everyone.
• Positive, team-player attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee resident well-being and care overnight.
• Check on residents per plan and respond to issues.
• Perform night-time household tasks as needed.
• Assist morning routines: personal care, breakfast, and transportation.
