Job summary

Bay Community Support Services in Waldorf, MD is seeking a Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Awake Overnight to support residents with disabilities from 10 pm to 8 am, Sunday to Wednesday. The role focuses on overnight supervision, safety, and assisting with daily living activities.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability services is preferred.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Background check is required.
• Completion of all required trainings within the specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist residents during the overnight hours
