Wildwood Programs, Inc. is seeking caring Direct Support Professionals to join our residential team in Schenectady. You will support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and model respectful, person-centered care.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid NYS license and clean driving record, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Full-time, evenings overnight shifts available Sunday–Thursday 10pm–8am, with asleep hours paid at the asleep rate.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (cooking, laundry, errands).
