Justice Resource Institute is seeking an Overnight Residential Counselor to join Lindencroft, a group home treatment setting for adolescents. You will lead a dynamic team, maintaining a safe and supportive environment while helping youths develop life skills and coping strategies.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour, with overtime potentially required. The role emphasizes educational and licensure support, bilingual bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Remain awake throughout overnight shift to ensure safety and wellbeing of students.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work holidays, weekend shifts as required.
• Able to learn to provide physical interventions and verbal de-escalations to ensure a safe therapeutic atmosphere.

• Help students develop life skills such as cooking, banking, and vocational activities to prepare for next steps.
• Create a safe, therapeutic community and model effective coping strategies for students.
